Service Description
Awaken and align your body with nature in a bespoke session with a Therapist to help calm and relax you. This therapy is designed to promote positive mindful, physiological and psychological well being. It aims to reduce blood pressure and improve the autonomic and immune function. Walking in green spaces and forests is known for its therapeutic impact on the mind and body. Walking in the sand dunes and beaches helps you connect with the environment and can alleviate depression improving mental health. Walking in urban spaces helps you to be curious about your local environment and feel connected, whilst reducing the sense of isolation. Walking near lakes and water helps you to feel invigorated and energised. Whilst walking we can talk about any difficulties and process thoughts, whilst taking in the scenery. It is relaxed, informal and as gentle as you need it to be. This can be undertaken individually or in a group format.
